I have lived a somewhat strange and supernatural life in which the spirit world and the real world sometimes collide. Through many trials, I have learnt to face the world with courage, and this has built a strong faith in Jesus along the way, allowing me to learn what faith really means and how to apply it.

With over 27 years of experience in the Remedial Therapy Field and providing mental-emotional support, I have dedicated my career to empowering clients to reach their fullest potential. My passion is to help individuals embrace their God-given authority, teaching them about God's truths and building them up in faith. As a COGIC kid, I grew up immersed in the church, where prayer was a daily part of life. However, it wasn't until adulthood, when I faced life-altering challenges, that I truly came to understand the depth and power of faith and prayer.

I approached "Path to Greatness: A Teen Boy’s Devotional to Confidence and Faith” not as the target demographic, but from the perspective of a father and a mentor who sometimes works with high school students. The title intrigued me, and the book description suggested a devotional that was both biblically sound and emotionally healthy. I was glad to find that “Path to Greatness” was indeed those things and more. The author’s engaging, approachable, and interactive style made the content feel age- and tone- appropriate for teen boys. The author came across as a trustworthy and knowledgeable mentor offering dignity and confidence rather than condescension. Every lesson was anchored in Biblical truth without feeling like a dry religious exercise or boring Bible study. The book used lots of open-ended questions and simple, practical counseling techniques to encourage the reader toward healthy mental, emotional, and spiritual engagement with God, themselves, and others. Well written and executed. In a world of increasing social anxiety, where the ubiquity of social media is often the enemy of emotional and spiritual maturity, I think this book could help many young men.

Wow we are swimming in great scriptures here, love it. We are reminded that He is a friend that sticketh closer than a brother, because "Greater is He that is within you than he that is in the world . Jesus Christ took down Satan at the cross and we need to stomp on him daily by rehearsing the Word. And we must do this out loud because this penetrates the airwaves of which Satan is the Prince of . Yes decree a thing and it shall be , give him a good right then a left by swinging at him with Christ's own promises. Thank you for your words of wisdom, yes "Walk with the wise and you will be wise. And The knowledge of God is salvation." Keep the books coming we need more good books with words of Truth.
