​For over 25 years, I've been helping clients heal from pain, injury, and dysfunction—whether it's the result of car accidents, sports injuries, poor posture, surgeries, or scar tissue. Over the years, I've discovered that true healing goes beyond just the physical body. It's the brain—the way it's wired and how it processes pain, stress, and trauma—that plays a central role in recovery. Today, cutting-edge science affirms what I’ve seen in my practice: effective healing requires a holistic approach that nurtures both the body and the mind.

My journey in healing began 29 years ago, after I fractured my lower back, which led me to study Neuralign, focusing on skeletal and muscle alignment. This experience ignited my passion for helping others recover from injuries. However, I soon realised that healing requires a holistic approach.
To deepen my understanding, I expanded my expertise through various modalities, including Foot Mobilisation, Remedial massage Techniques, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Myo cupping, Acupressure, Dorn spinal alignment, AromaTouch, NST Bowen, Kinesiology and Laser therapy.
My curiosity about the mind-body connection propelled me to study EFT, Access Bars, Psych-K, Internal Family Systems, EMDR, and become a certified NLP life coach. Today, I also incorporate NeuroFeed Back- Advanced Brain Training with NeurOptimal® into my practice, empowering clients to achieve optimal health and well-being, with integrated, organised brain function.

Think of your mind as the superhero, with your body as the trusty sidekick. Your mind is in charge, pulling the strings and influencing your physical health. When you're feeling happy, calm, and positive, your mind sends those feel-good signals to your body, helping it stay strong and healthy. But when you're stuck in reactions anxiety or grief, your mind sends out distress signals that can cause your body to react negatively, slowing healing or even making you feel worse. Unfortunately, we can become stuck in the stress responses and it becomes a habit or pattern of behavior.

The great news is that just as we can train our brain and minds to manage daily challenges with greater ease and clarity. We can also enhance our body’s natural ability to heal. By learning how to think and/or respond differently and change old programs, we shift into a more positive, adaptable, and calm state of mind. This then actively supports the body’s healing processes. It’s like aligning your mental, emotional and physical selves to work together, sending a message to your whole body that says, “I’m in control, and I’m ready to heal.”
